To book your place on any of our short courses, please contact the MIOIR manager Deborah Cox.
Full residential fee is £2,300 per person. Non-residential fees are negotiated on application.
We provide a discounted fee for early bookings, reduced to £2,100 (GBP).
The early booking dates will be available online once the courses are next scheduled to take place in person. Payments must be made within 30 days of the date of invoice.
This course fee includes five nights’ accommodation at the Hyatt Regency (which includes breakfast at the hotel), tuition, course materials, lunch and tea/coffee breaks during the course days and an evening meal that we invite all participants to attend.
Please note this course fee does not cover any additional cost you may incur for this trip.
Registration is available for half-days or full course, therefore fees will differ depending on how many days you wish to attend. A discounted fee is provided for attending the full course.

This fee includes tuition, course materials; presentation slides and recording, along with additional reading materials to support your studies.
Cancellations and changes
Applications are transferable to another individual at any time. If a transfer is not possible, cancellation charges will apply:
- 21 or more days before the start of the course - deduction of any hotel booking cost.
- 14-20 days before the start of the course - 50% of the total fee
- 1-13 days before the start of the course - 90% of the total fee
- Course start date or later - 100% of the total fee
- A refund will be provided minus €25 (EUR) to cover administration costs incurred.
Cancelled applications must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The date of receipt of the email will be taken as the date of cancellation.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course if fewer than twelve people have confirmed applications three weeks before the course is scheduled to take place. In the event of the organiser cancelling the course, we will refund the full course fee to any confirmed participants.
Please note we do not refund travel cost; we advise all applicants to make travel arrangements closer to the date when the organisers have confirmed the full course arrangements.
We are constantly seeking to update and improve the scope and quality of our training. We therefore reserve the right to modify the course content without notice.
The average number of participants at our courses in recent years has been 15 attendees; the maximum group size is 30 attendees.
All personal data will be treated in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and will only be used in connection with an individuals' participation in the course.
